The invention discloses a construction method for guiding assembly type anti-static raised floor installation based on a BIM technology. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, three-dimensional model building is conducted through a CAD drawing; s2, according to the three-dimensional model, deepening and typesetting a raised floor layout map and a supporting piece positioning map; s3, optimizing a ground pipeline path according to the three-dimensional model; s4, coding the raised floor; s5, mounting a raised floor base according to the deepened support positioning map; s6, the height of the top end of the floor base support is adjusted to be kept in the same horizontal direction; and S7, through the deepened raised floor layout map, the anti-static raised floors are laid according to the codes. According to the method, the BIM technology is used for guiding installation of the anti-static raised floor, the precision of on-site installation is improved, installation is not prone to errors, the installation efficiency is effectively improved, and the construction period is shortened.
