Preparation method of controllable porous concrete material
The invention discloses a preparation method of a controllable porous concrete material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a temperature-sensitive material into different hole models according to design requirements; the stirred UHPC slurry and the obtained hole model are loaded into a plate mold, and vibration molding and maintenance are conducted; after the strength meets the design requirement, raising the temperature to melt the temperature-sensitive material to obtain a porous concrete material; according to the invention, particle or hole models in different forms are manufactured by designing and processing the paraffin according to the temperature sensitive characteristic of the paraffin, and gaps among the particle or hole models are filled with high-performance cement concrete slurry; and after curing forming and high strength are achieved, the product is subjected to high-temperature paraffin particle melting to form the concrete porous material, and the production requirement is met.
本发明公开了一种可控多孔混凝土材料的制备方法,将温敏材料根据设计要求制备成不同孔洞模型;将搅拌好的UHPC浆料与所得孔洞模型装入板材模具,振动成型,养护;强度满足设计要求后,升温将温敏材料融化,得到多孔混凝土材料;本发明利用石蜡的温度敏感特性,通过对石蜡的设计加工,制作成不同形式的颗粒或孔洞模型,在其间隙填筑高性能水泥混凝土浆体;并通过高频低福振动密实,待养护成型并具有高强度后,再将产品通过高温融化石蜡颗粒形成混凝土多孔材料,满足生产需求。
