The invention discloses a bridge high pier concrete curing method. The method is characterized by comprising the following operation steps; supporting bases of the concrete curing device are fixed to a foundation on the ground, absorbent cotton is attached to the outer wall of a bridge high pier, then the bridge high pier is sleeved with a communicating pipe, the two supporting bases are symmetrically installed, a suction pipe and a hydraulic pipe are installed in first limiting grooves formed in an installation frame correspondingly, and the suction pipe and the hydraulic pipe are connected through a connecting pipe; one end of an external water supply pipe is fixedly connected with a water inlet in the bottom end of the suction pipe, and the other end of the external water supply pipe is connected to a water source; s2, external water flow is sucked, specifically, a hydraulic pipe is controlled, a telescopic rod on the hydraulic pipe pushes a spraying mechanism to move upwards in the vertical direction, a first sliding block slides in a first limiting groove in a limited mode, a connecting block is fixedly connected to one side of the first sliding block, the connecting block pulls a suction pipe to move in the vertical direction, and the external water flow is sucked into a suction pipe; and S3, spraying and maintaining.
本发明公开一种桥梁高墩混凝土养护方法,其特征在于包括以下操作步骤;S1:准备工作:将混凝土养护装置的支撑底座与地面上的基础固定,将吸水棉贴合在桥梁高墩的外壁上,然后将连通管套设桥梁高墩外侧,将两个支撑底座对称安装,将抽管和液压管分别安装在安装架开设的限位槽一内,通过外部供水管一端与抽管底端的进水口固定连接,并将外部供水管另一端连接至水源处;S2:抽吸外部水流:控制液压管,使液压管上的伸缩杆推动喷洒机构在竖直方向朝上运动,滑动块一在限位槽一内进行限位滑动,通过滑动块一一侧固定连接有连接块,连接块拉动抽吸管在竖直方向上进行运动,将外部水流抽入至抽管内;S3:喷洒养护。
