The invention discloses an assembled cantilever type spiral stair which comprises a plurality of cantilever assemblies, a base assembly, a cantilever platform, a plurality of connecting tiles, a pair of handrail bases and a handrail assembly. Connecting tiles are detachably connected between the base assembly and the first cantilever assembly and between the inner side ends of the adjacent cantilever assemblies. The outer side end of the base assembly and the outer side end of the first cantilever assembly are connected through connecting rods, and the outer side ends of the adjacent cantilever assemblies are connected through connecting rods. The pair of handrail bases are arranged upwards in a spiral structure along the outer side walls and the inner side walls of the cantilever assemblies correspondingly, and the handrail assemblies are arranged on the handrail bases. Compared with the prior art, a cantilever type spiral stair structure is achieved, a beam body structure is omitted, the problem of the spring effect existing in a spiral stair is solved, the beam body structure is arranged to be of an assembly type structure, and installation and transportation are convenient.
