The device comprises a suspension operation platform, a suspension mechanism arranged on a non-vertical facade and a steel wire rope, the suspension mechanism comprises a roof suspension mechanism located on a non-vertical outer facade roof structure layer, a peripheral suspension mechanism located on a non-vertical outer facade peripheral structure, a peripheral roof suspension mechanism located on a non-vertical outer facade peripheral roof structure and an inner courtyard suspension mechanism located at a non-vertical outer facade inner courtyard structure. For the fact that frame beams at four corners of a roof are cantilever beams, the cantilever span is large, and according to the big-end-up structural modeling of a building, when facade curtain wall keels and panels are installed, safety accidents caused by overturning and instability of the hanging basket due to forward inclination of the hanging basket or instability of a front support and a rear support can be effectively prevented.
