The invention discloses an expandable cement room mold and an expansion method thereof.The expandable cement room mold comprises an inner mold body and an outer mold body, the inner mold body and the outer mold body define a pouring cavity at least comprising two adjacent side edges, and the inner mold body comprises an inner mold frame and at least two adjacent inner mold mother boards; at least one inner mold mother plate is connected with the inner mold frame through a first translation mechanism and is far away from or close to the inner mold frame under the action of power; the outer mold comprises at least two adjacent outer mold mother plates, the two outer mold mother plates correspond to the two inner mold mother plates respectively, and the outer mold mother plates are far away from or close to the inner mold frame under the action of power; and the side edges of the inner mold mother board and the outer mold mother board are respectively provided with a connecting structure for connecting the inner mold expansion template and the outer mold expansion template. By combining one or more expansion molds, cement rooms with different sizes can be poured.
