The invention relates to a true triaxial apparatus for solving the problems of axial displacement range and soil squeezing and a use method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering test equipment. The true triaxial apparatus comprises a base, a transverse loading mechanism, a first rolling body, a telescopic loading plate, a pneumatic mechanism and a supporting mechanism, the transverse moving mechanism is provided with a first loading plane which is a vertical plane; the first rolling body is arranged on the first loading plane, and the telescopic loading plate slides up and down through the first rolling body; the telescopic loading plate comprises a first plate body and a second plate body; the first plate body is provided with a cavity; the pneumatic mechanism is connected with the first plate body and controls the cavity to be inflated and deflated; the supporting mechanism provides vertical supporting force for the telescopic loading plate. In the loading process, the telescopic loading plate moves up and down in a sliding mode, and the influence of frictional resistance is greatly reduced. The telescopic loading plate and the axial loading plate are in rigid contact, so that the sample cannot be extruded from the corner.
本发明涉及解决轴向位移量程及挤土问题的真三轴仪装置及使用方法,属于岩土工程测试设备技术领域。本发明的真三轴仪装置包括:底座、横向加载机构、第一滚动体、可伸缩加载板、气动机构以及支撑机构;横向移动机构具有第一加载平面为竖直平面;第一滚动体设置于第一加载平面,可伸缩加载板通过第一滚动体上下滑动;可伸缩加载板包括第一板体和第二板体;第一板体具有空腔;气动机构跟第一板体连接、控制空腔充气、放气;支撑机构给可伸缩加载板提供竖向支撑力。加载过程中,可伸缩加载板以滑动形式上下运动,大大减小摩阻力的影响。可伸缩加载板和轴向加载板之间为刚性接触,试样无法从拐角处被挤出。
