The invention discloses a photovoltaic connecting piece which comprises a frame clamp used for fixing the side edge of a photovoltaic panel. A rotary fastening frame is rotationally arranged on the frame clamp, and a lock which can slide on the frame clamp and is used for being embedded into the metal roof panel to complete fixation is further rotationally arranged on the frame clamp; the rotary fastening frame is provided with a limiting piece, and the limiting piece is used for limiting the lock after the lock is embedded into the metal roof board and the rotary fastening frame rotates to a preset position. The invention further discloses a metal roof photovoltaic system comprising the photovoltaic connecting piece. The photovoltaic module and the metal roof are reliably connected, the waterproof structure of the roof is not damaged, and the photovoltaic module and the metal roof can be quickly disassembled and assembled, have high wind uplift resistance and can be applied to current common profiled metal roofs.
