Method for recycling waste masks
The invention discloses a method for recycling waste masks. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively placing the waste medical masks in a roughening solution, a sensitizing solution and a palladium chloride solution for ultrasonic treatment; the treated waste medical mask is placed in a metal plating solution to be soaked, and then vacuum drying treatment is conducted to obtain the waste medical mask with a metal plating layer on the surface; and finally, cutting the waste medical mask with the plating layer on the surface into mask fibers, and mixing and stirring the mask fibers with cement, river sand and water to obtain the mask fiber mortar. The method provided by the invention can effectively kill residual bacteria on the waste masks, can improve the bonding performance of the masks and a mortar matrix, can improve the fracture resistance and crack resistance of the mortar, can improve the microbial corrosion resistance of the mortar, and can realize recycling of waste resources by using waste materials.
本发明公开了一种回收处理废弃口罩的方法,先将废弃医用口罩分别置于粗化液、敏化液、氯化钯溶液中进行超声处理;然后将处理后的废弃医用口罩置于金属镀液中浸泡,后经过真空干燥处理得到表面含有金属镀层的废弃医用口罩;最后将表面含有镀层的废弃医用口罩裁剪成口罩纤维,并与水泥、河砂和水混合搅拌得到口罩纤维砂浆。本发明的方法能有效杀死废弃口罩上残留的细菌,能改善口罩与砂浆基体的粘结性能,能提高砂浆的抗折、抗裂性能,可以提高砂浆的抗微生物腐蚀性能,通过使用废弃材料能够实现废弃资源的再利用。
