Preparation method of foamed concrete of alkali-activated system
A preparation method of foamed concrete of an alkali-activated system simultaneously recycles flue gas and solid waste, and comprises the following steps: 1, uniformly mixing 18-33 parts by weight of water and 9-12 parts by weight of an alkali activator to obtain a liquid alkali activator; 2, uniformly mixing 13-35 parts by weight of solid waste containing silicate and/or aluminosilicate and 62-120 parts by weight of aggregate with a liquid alkali activator to obtain alkali-activated system concrete slurry; 3, injecting the flue gas into a foaming agent to obtain foam containing the flue gas; 4, uniformly mixing the foam containing the flue gas with the concrete slurry of the alkali-activated system to obtain foamed concrete slurry of the alkali-activated system; and 5, molding and curing the foamed concrete slurry of the alkali-activated system to obtain the foamed concrete of the alkali-activated system. The flue gas and solid waste are recycled, carbon dioxide in the flue gas can be subjected to carbonation reaction in the foamed concrete of an alkali excitation system, and the strength of the foamed concrete is enhanced from the inside.
一种碱激发体系的发泡混凝土的制备方法,同时回收利用了烟气与固废,该方法包括:一、取18‑33重量份水和9‑12重量份碱激发剂混合均匀,得到液体碱激发剂;二、取13‑35重量份含硅酸盐和/或硅铝酸盐固废和62‑120重量份集料,与液体碱激发剂混合均匀,得到碱激发体系混凝土浆料;三、将烟气注入到发泡剂中得到含有烟气的泡沫;四、含有烟气的泡沫与碱激发体系混凝土浆料混合均匀,得到碱激发体系的发泡混凝土浆料;五、将碱激发体系的发泡混凝土浆料成型养护,得到碱激发体系的发泡混凝土。本发明实现了烟气和固废的再利用,且烟气中的二氧化碳能够在碱激发体系的发泡混凝土内部进行碳酸化反应,从内部增强了发泡混凝土的强度。
