Environment-friendly high-whiteness domestic ceramic product and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramics, and particularly discloses an environment-friendly high-whiteness domestic ceramic product which comprises Dehua kaolin, albite, quartz, zirconium silicate and composite granules. The composite granules are prepared by coating fluorite tailing powder and calcined smithsonite powder with Dehua Longque red soil dispersed slurry, granulating and drying. The fluorite tailings sintered ceramic is high in whiteness, high in strength, good in thermal shock resistance, suitable for domestic ceramics, energy-saving, environment-friendly, large in sintering range and high in yield due to the fact that the fluorite tailings are recycled. Particularly, in the staged heating, oxidizing and firing process, silicon and aluminum in the Dehua longque red soil dispersed slurry react to serve as mullite crystals, the fluorite tailing powder and the calcined smithsonite powder act synergistically to reduce the melting temperature of the red soil silicon and aluminum, continuous curing of the mullite crystals is accelerated, and a compact framework is formed; the breaking strength and the thermal shock resistance of the green body are favorably enhanced.
