Inclined shaft slip form concrete distribution integrated platform device
The invention discloses an inclined shaft slip form concrete distribution integrated platform device which comprises a concrete conveying mechanism and a walking trolley device. The walking trolley device is connected with the winch through steel wire ropes. Five layers of platforms are arranged on the walking trolley device and sequentially comprise an upper platform, an operation platform, a template supporting platform, a concrete plastering platform and a tail platform from top to bottom; the concrete conveying mechanism is installed on the operation platform and can receive concrete and convey the concrete to the two sides of the formwork supporting platform. Two ends of the template supporting platform are provided with templates which are parallel to the wall of the inclined shaft and are spaced from each other by a certain distance; and the concrete plastering platform can be used for plastering and curing the demolded and slippery concrete surface. By means of the inclined shaft slip form concrete distribution integrated platform device, a traditional inclined shaft concrete manual transferring and pouring technology can be improved into the mode that the concrete conveying mechanism is matched with the walking trolley device for pouring, then the concrete pouring efficiency is improved, and the safety risk of constructors in an inclined shaft is reduced.
本发明公开了一种斜井滑模混凝土布料一体化平台装置,包括混凝土输送机构和行走台车装置;行走台车装置通过钢丝绳与绞车连接;行走台车装置上设有五层平台,其由上向下依次为上平台、操作平台、模板支撑平台、砼抹面平台和尾平台;混凝土输送机构安装于操作平台上,其能够接收混凝土并输送混凝土至模板支撑平台上的两侧;模板支撑平台的两端安装有与斜井井壁平行且留有一定间距的模板;砼抹面平台能够对脱模滑升后的混凝土面进行抹面、养护。通过该斜井滑模混凝土布料一体化平台装置能够将传统的斜井混凝土人工转运浇筑工艺改进为混凝土输送机构配合行走台车装置进行浇筑,进而提高混凝土的浇筑效率,降低斜井井内施工人员的安全风险。
