Fixed-point grouting method and fixed-point grouting device for pile hole in karst area
According to the karst area pile hole fixed-point grouting method and device, the pile position is explored, and the position distribution and development condition of a karst cave are determined; a closed fixed-point grouting space capable of exhausting air in a one-way mode in the grouting process is formed outside the karst cave through the inflatable and expandable fixed-point grouting device; pressurizing grouting is conducted on the karst cave within the pressure range of 0.5-1 Mpa, pressure changes are observed, and grouting is stopped until grout cannot be pressed into the grouting pipe and the same pressure is kept for 20-60 min; and after the grout is initially set, the fixed-point grouting device is dismantled, and fixed-point grouting of the rock-socketed pile in the karst area is completed. Fixed-point grouting is conducted according to the specific position distribution of the karst cave, the situation of concrete loss during pile forming is prevented, the grouting filling construction amount is reduced, and the bearing capacity of the rock-socketed pile is improved.
一种岩溶地区桩孔定点注浆方法和定点注浆装置,对桩位进行勘探,确定溶洞的位置分布及发育情况;利用可充气膨胀的定点注浆装置在溶洞外部形成一个能够在注浆过程中单向排气的密闭的定点注浆空间;向溶洞进行0.5‑1Mpa压力范围加压注浆,观察压力变化,直到注浆管无法压进浆液保持相同压力20‑60min后停止注浆;待浆液初凝后,拆除定点注浆装置,完成对岩溶地区嵌岩桩的定点注浆。本发明针对溶洞具体位置分布进行定点注浆,防止成桩时混凝土流失情况以及减少了注浆填充施工量,提高嵌岩桩承载力。
