The box body is of a right-angle box type structure; the box body is fixedly mounted in a wall body; the box body comprises a filter layer, a transfer layer and a fan layer; the filter layer, the transfer layer and the fan layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and are communicated with one another; adjacent side walls of the box body are respectively provided with a door A and a door B which are communicated with each other; and the door A and the door B are respectively arranged in spaces on two sides of the wall body. The device is suitable for transferring experimental articles between a polluted area and a non-polluted area, reduces opening and closing of a controlled environment door, prevents cross contamination caused by air flow communication of adjacent areas, and has good air tightness, self-purification capacity and disinfection function. And a right-angle box body design is adopted, so that cleaning and maintenance are facilitated, and the operation space is effectively reduced.
