The water cannon launching unit comprises a pumping assembly and a direction control assembly; the main monitoring mechanism comprises a gas storage unit, a protection unit, a main camera, a cleaning unit and a rainwater collection unit, the protection unit is arranged at the upper part of the gas storage unit, the main camera is arranged in the protection unit, and the rainwater collection unit and the cleaning unit are both arranged at the top of the protection unit; a worker judges the on-site condition according to pictures transmitted by the auxiliary camera and the main monitoring mechanism.
