Glass dustproof coating and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a glass dustproof coating and a preparation method thereof, and is characterized in that the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly stirring a mixed solution of tetraethoxysilane, isopropanol, water and hydrochloric acid, sealing and storing in a drying oven at 50 DEG C for 24 hours to obtain an acid-catalyzed SiO2 sol A, and coating a glass substrate with the acid-catalyzed SiO2 sol A; (2) preparing an AZO-rGO composite coating by adopting a roller coating method: carrying out heat treatment for 30-60 minutes at 450-550 DEG C in a reducing atmosphere; obtaining a transparent conductive layer; (3) the dustproof layer is prepared by the following method: fully mixing 1 part of tetraethoxysilane, 0.1-0.6 part of methyltriethoxysilane, 20-35 parts of isopropanol and 4 parts of water according to the amount of substance, dropwise adding hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to 1-3.5, stirring for 4 hours, sealing, standing and aging to obtain a coating solution C; the AZO-rGO composite coating is coated with the AZO-rGO composite coating to serve as a dustproof layer. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost and large-area film formation; the coating is firm, durable and good in chemical stability; the film can be applied to glass curtain walls and photovoltaic modules, and the transmittance attenuation rate is reduced.
本发明涉及一种玻璃防尘涂层及其制备方法,其特征在于:(1)将正硅酸乙酯、异丙醇、水、盐酸的混合液,搅匀后在50℃烘箱中密封保存24h,得酸催化SiO2溶胶A,涂覆在玻璃基底上;(2)采用辊涂法制备AZO‑rGO复合涂层:还原气氛下,450~550℃热处理30~60min;得透明导电层;(3)防尘层由以下方法制得:以物质的量计,将1份正硅酸乙酯、0.1~0.6份甲基三乙氧基硅烷、20~35份异丙醇、4份水充分混合,逐滴加入盐酸调节pH为1~3.5,搅拌4 h,密封、静置、陈化后得到涂膜液C;将其在AZO‑rGO复合涂层上涂覆作为防尘层。本发明优点:工艺简单、成本低廉,可大面积成膜;涂层坚固耐用、化学稳定性好;可应用于玻璃幕墙、光伏组件,减小透过率衰减速率。
