The repairing material and water are mixed and stirred to prepare the asphalt pavement cold repairing material, the compressive strength of the asphalt pavement cold repairing material for 2 hours is greater than or equal to 15.9 MPa, the breaking strength of the asphalt pavement cold repairing material for 2 hours is greater than or equal to 6.1 MPa, and the drawing strength of the asphalt pavement cold repairing material for 2 hours is greater than or equal to 4.0 MPa.
