The invention relates to a large-specification ZrO2 fiber/flaky Al2O3 composite thin ceramic plate and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that ZrO2 chopped fibers are soaked in a pre-dispersion solution, and pre-dispersion ZrO2 chopped fibers with the outer walls wrapped with silicon-based interface layers are obtained; distributing the pre-dispersed ZrO2 chopped fibers and the matrix powder in a laminated manner, and performing ball milling and dry mixing to obtain a fiber/matrix mixture; and pressing the fiber/matrix mixture to form a ceramic body, and firing the ceramic body to obtain the large-specification ZrO2 fiber/flaky Al2O3 composite thin ceramic plate.
