The invention relates to the technical field of rail maintenance, in particular to rail traffic rail maintenance equipment which comprises a maintenance equipment body capable of walking on a rail. The maintenance equipment body is composed of a walking base, a supporting bottom plate fixedly installed on the walking base, a water storage tank, a liquid storage tank, a plurality of water outlet pipes fixedly installed on the water storage tank, and cleaning devices arranged at the tail ends of the water outlet pipes, wherein the water storage tank and the liquid storage tank are fixedly installed on the supporting bottom plate. The liquid outlet pipes are fixedly mounted on the liquid storage tank; and the rust removal devices are arranged at the tail ends of the liquid outlet pipes. The cleaning device and the rust removal device are installed on the walking base freely walking between the rails on the train rail, the effects of automatically and rapidly cleaning and removing rust on the surfaces of the rails of the train rail can be achieved, and therefore maintenance of the rails can be achieved.
