Rapid pile splicing method for cast-in-place piles under complex geological conditions
The invention relates to a rapid pile splicing method for cast-in-place piles under the complex geological condition. The method comprises the steps that the position, length and depth of an original pile are detected; the high-strength steel support is pressed down to the original pile multiple times at the original pile position; earthwork in the high-strength steel support is excavated to the pile head of the exposed original pile; the pile head of the original pile is broken through a water drill punching mode and a manual air pick mode until original pile steel bars are exposed; a cushion layer is poured around the pile head of the original pile; welding a reinforcement cage with the original pile reinforcing steel bars; concrete is poured into the reinforcement cage, and the high-strength steel support is pulled while the concrete is poured; and the high-strength steel support can be repeatedly used for pile splicing work of a next pile. The method has the advantages of being high in excavation speed, good in rigidity, free of secondary formwork erecting, capable of being repeatedly used and the like, can be carried out under the complex geological condition, and has good practicability and generalization performance.
