Submersible sandy gravel stratum foundation pit bottom sealing structure and construction method
The invention discloses a bottom sealing structure for a foundation pit of a submersible sandy gravel stratum and a construction method. The bottom sealing structure comprises a vertical waterproof curtain, a partition structure wall, an inclined grouting body, a vertical grouting body and an anti-seepage bottom plate. The vertical waterproof curtain is formed by a diaphragm wall, a cast-in-place pile, a stirring pile or a grouting body, the partition structure wall is formed by a jet grouting pile, a stirring pile or a grouting body, the inclined grouting body is formed by grouting in an inclined hole forming a certain angle with the ground, and the vertical grouting body is formed by grouting in a hole perpendicular to the ground. And the inclined grouting body and the vertical grouting body jointly form an anti-seepage bottom plate. The construction sequence of the components is the vertical waterproof curtain, the partition structure wall, the inclined grouting body and the vertical grouting body in sequence; the bottom of the foundation pit is divided into a plurality of small areas through the partition structure walls, and then inclined grouting bodies and vertical grouting bodies are formed in the small areas through grouting in the inclined holes and the vertical grouting holes correspondingly. 本发明公开了一种潜水砂卵石地层基坑封底结构及施工方法,封底结构包括竖向止水帷幕、分区结构墙、斜向注浆体、垂直向注浆体、防渗底板;竖向止水帷幕由地连墙、灌注桩、搅拌桩或者注浆体形成,分区结构墙由旋喷桩、搅拌桩或者注浆体形成,斜向注浆体通过在与地面成一定角度斜孔内注浆形成,垂直向注浆体通过在与地面垂直孔内注浆形成,斜向注浆体和垂直向注浆体共同形成防渗底板。各组成部分施工顺序依次为竖向止水帷幕、分区结构墙、斜向注浆体、垂直向注浆体;分区结构墙将基坑底部分为若干小区域,然后在各小区域分别通过在斜向孔和垂直向注浆孔内注浆形成斜向注浆体和垂直向注浆体。本发明采用斜孔注浆不仅可以增大平面投影范围,增加有效堵水区域,同时已形成斜向注浆体对后续斜向注浆可在四个方向限制浆液扩散,进一步提高浆液的扩散均匀性;另先进行斜向注浆形成的注浆体可对后续垂直注浆浆液在三个方向限制浆液扩散以提高浆液扩散均匀性。
