The invention provides a multi-pile connecting rod combined foundation for a high-rise structure and a using method. The multi-pile connecting rod combined foundation comprises pile bodies and wing plate devices. A grouting sleeve sleeves and is fixed on the outer wall of the pile body, a first supporting block for supporting the wing plate device is arranged on the inner wall of the pile body, at least one wing plate preformed hole is formed in the part, corresponding to the grouting sleeve, of the pile body, and the wing plate preformed hole penetrates through the grouting sleeve; the wing plate device comprises a wing plate matched with the wing plate preformed hole and a wing plate mounting platform connected to the first supporting block; the wing plate can move along a rail groove in the wing plate mounting platform, and the rail groove is communicated with one wing plate preformed hole; and a pushing component is fixed in the rail groove. The pre-tensioning horizontal load generated by the upper connecting rod is counteracted through the wing plates, the lateral displacement of a single pile is reduced, and therefore the stability of the foundation is improved; single piles are connected through the connecting rods and the sleeve connecting devices to form the combined foundation, the top load form of the single piles is optimized, and therefore the stability of the foundation is improved.
