Grooving construction method for diaphragm wall containing moderately weathered rock stratum
The invention relates to a trenching construction method for an underground diaphragm wall containing a moderately weathered rock stratum, which comprises the following steps of: preparing special bentonite slurry according to geological conditions of the moderately weathered rock stratum; during excavation, a hydraulic grab bucket is used for excavating a soil filling layer and a sand soil layer on the earth surface, after a stratum containing a moderately-weathered rock stratum is entered, a drilling machine is adopted for drilling holes in a rock-socketed groove section, the drilling machine is matched with a roller bit, a drill collar is used for pressure drilling, and rock debris is removed with the assistance of the hydraulic grab bucket; after entering a medium weathered-micro weathered layer, adjusting the drilling hole distance of the drilling machine to be 2m, then adopting a double-wheel slot milling machine to carry out slot milling construction, enabling two rollers to rotate at a low speed in opposite directions during slot milling, milling teeth of the two rollers to mill and crush a rock stratum, discharging drilled rock slag and mud to a ground mud station through a sand suction port in the middle of a milling wheel, and circulating in such a way, the final hole is grooved; by the adoption of the method, the construction progress and the construction quality are guaranteed, and the problem that grooving construction of the moderately weathered rock stratum is difficult is fundamentally solved.
本发明涉及一种含中风化岩层地连墙成槽施工方法,针对含中风化岩层的地质条件,制备专用的膨润土泥浆;开挖时先用液压抓斗挖掘地表的填土层和砂土层,进入含中风化岩层的地层后,在嵌岩槽段采用钻机钻孔,钻机配牙轮钻头,用钻铤加压钻进,辅以液压抓斗清除岩屑;进入中风化‑微风化层后,将钻机钻孔孔距调整为2米,然后采用双轮铣槽机进行铣槽施工,铣槽时两个滚筒低速转动,方向相反,其铣齿将岩层铣削破碎,通过铣轮中间的吸砂口将钻掘出的岩渣与泥浆排到地面泥浆站,如此往复循环,直至终孔成槽;最后清底换浆,采用上述方法,保证了施工进度及施工质量,从根本上解决了中风化岩层成槽施工难的问题。
