The construction method of the sloping roof structure comprises the steps that a superposed main beam is constructed on a stand column, a first fastener is arranged on the superposed main beam in advance, a superposed secondary beam is constructed on the stand column, a second fastener is arranged on the superposed secondary beam in advance, the superposed main beam is perpendicular to the superposed secondary beam, and the superposed main beam is perpendicular to the superposed secondary beam; the superposed secondary beams are obliquely arranged at a preset angle; the first supporting device is fixed to the overlapped main beam through a first fastener, the second supporting device is fixed to the overlapped secondary beam through a second fastener, and the supporting face of the first supporting device and the supporting face of the second supporting device are obliquely arranged at a preset angle; and the laminated plate is placed on the supporting surface of the first supporting device and the supporting surface of the second supporting device. The sloping roof structure and the construction method thereof have the advantages of being short in construction period, low in construction cost, high in reliability and the like.
