The invention discloses a double-chamber kiln feeding flow guide cap, a manufacturing method and a kiln entering noise reduction method. The flow guide cap comprises a conical flow guide cap body and a plurality of circles of annular baffles arranged outside the flow guide cap body, and the annular baffles are perpendicular to the conical surface of the flow guide cap and are arranged at equal intervals. When the flow guide cap is used for reducing noise, firstly, the feeding flow guide cap of the double-hearth kiln is installed; then, stone is added to the upper surface of the flow guide cap, and the stone is prevented from sliding down through an annular baffle till the upper portion of the flow guide cap is fully paved with the stone; and finally, the double-chamber kiln feeding device is started, and the stones fall down from the feeding port, firstly make contact with the stones above the flow guide cap and then fall into the double-chamber kiln. The annular material baffle is designed on the surface of the flow guide cap, stones are stacked on the material baffle, the situation that materials hit the materials is formed, the materials do not make direct contact and impact with the flow guide cap, large noise cannot be generated, and noise generated when the lime kiln is charged is reduced. Direct contact with the diversion cap is avoided, the diversion cap is protected against impact abrasion, and the service life of the diversion cap is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种双膛窑加料导流冒、制作方法及入窑降噪方法,导流冒包括锥形导流冒本体,设置在导流冒本体外部的若干圈环形挡板,环形挡板垂直于导流冒锥面等间距设置。应用该导流冒进行降噪,首先,安装双膛窑加料导流冒;然后,在导流冒的上表面加入石料,通过环形挡板阻挡石料滑下,直至石料的铺满导流冒上方;最后,开启双膛窑加料装置,石料从加料口落下,先接触导流冒上方的石料,再落入双膛窑。通过在导流冒表面设计环形挡料板,挡料板上有石料堆积上面,形成“料打料”情况,物料不会与导流冒直接接触冲击,以致就不会产生较大的噪声,降低石灰窑加料时的噪音。避免直接接触导流冒,保护导流冒不受冲击磨损,延长了导流冒的使用寿命。
