The invention discloses a waste salt snow melting belt which is prepared by edge sealing of a one-way water-permeable double-layer membrane material, a plurality of long-strip-shaped channels arranged at intervals are clamped in the middle of the double-layer membrane material, and inorganic salt powder is preloaded in the channels. The two ends of each channel make contact with the same wire, so that a communicated conductive body is formed in series, and the two ends of each conductive wire are each connected with an electrode connector. The accumulated snow melting device recycles inorganic salt such as waste salt, is high in accumulated snow melting speed, does not pollute the environment, can be repeatedly used for multiple times, and is low in manufacturing and using cost.
