Sapphire PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating stripping solution and process
The stripping solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10 to 20 parts of hydroxide, 5 to 10 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 5 to 10 parts of sodium silicate, 5 to 10 parts of sodium salt, 3 to 8 parts of sodium thiosulfate, 5 to 10 parts of sodium percarbonate, 5 to 10 parts of potassium chlorate, 5 to 10 parts of sodium nitrate and the balance of water based on 100 parts by mass of all components. Sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate, sodium silicate, sodium phosphate and sodium borate are used as a chelating agent and a corrosion inhibitor for complexing PVD film layer components, corrosion of strong base to glass is buffered, sodium thiosulfate, sodium percarbonate, potassium chlorate and sodium nitrate are used as oxidants and are turned into oxides easy to react by using strong oxidizing substances, and the PVD film layer components are effectively protected. And multiple oxides are selected for compounding, so that oxidation deplating of different film component substances on a plating layer is met, and the method is very suitable for being applied to the field of appearance treatment of smart watches.
本发明公开了一种蓝宝石的PVD镀层退镀液及其退镀工艺,所述退镀液以全部组分为100质量份计,由以下质量份的原料制成:氢氧化物10‑20份,碳酸氢钠5‑10份,硅酸钠5‑10份,钠盐5‑10份,硫代硫酸钠3‑8份,过碳酸钠5‑10份,氯酸钾5‑10份,硝酸钠5‑10份,余量为水。本发明利用碳酸钠或者是碳酸氢钠,硅酸钠,磷酸钠,硼酸钠作为螯合剂和缓蚀剂,对PVD膜层组分进行络合,同时缓冲强碱对玻璃的腐蚀,硫代硫酸钠,过碳酸钠,氯酸钾,硝酸钠作为氧化剂,使用强氧化性物质将其变成易反应的氧化物,选择多种氧化物进行复配,从而满足对镀层上不同膜组分物质的氧化退镀,十分适合应用于智能手表外观处理领域。
