Phononic crystal vibration isolator based on acoustic black hole notch mechanism
The invention relates to the field of track noise reduction, in particular to a phononic crystal vibration isolator based on an acoustic black hole notch mechanism. The vibration isolation device comprises a plurality of vibration isolation assemblies arranged side by side. Each vibration isolation assembly comprises a connector, an inner ring rubber layer, a middle ring rubber layer, a steel vibrator shell and an outer ring rubber layer. The connector, the inner ring rubber layer, the middle ring rubber layer, the steel vibrator shell and the outer ring rubber layer are all of rotary structures; in the same vibration isolation assembly, the connector is provided with a channel allowing the inner ring rubber layer to be clamped in, the middle ring rubber layer is coaxially arranged on the outer circumferential face of the connector, the steel vibrator shell is coaxially arranged on the outer circumferential face of the middle ring rubber layer, and the outer ring rubber layer is coaxially arranged on the outer circumferential face of the steel vibrator shell. Every two adjacent vibration isolation assemblies are connected through two of the connectors. The vibration isolation capacity is high, and the band gap vibration isolation frequency is reduced.
