The invention discloses a concrete pipe pile connector which comprises a bottom pile, a pipe pile, a concrete sleeve and a connecting assembly, a plurality of L-shaped sliding grooves and first fixing holes are formed in the outer side wall of the concrete sleeve, the first fixing holes are located in one sides of the L-shaped sliding grooves, and concrete fixing rods are movably connected into the first fixing holes; an L-shaped sliding groove formed in a concrete sleeve slides into a first clamping rod on the outer side wall of a bottom pile, the bottom of the pipe pile and the top of the bottom pile are clamped, a second clamping rod on the outer side wall of the pipe pile slides into the L-shaped sliding groove, and the concrete sleeve is manually rotated, so that the L-shaped sliding groove is clamped and fixed to the first clamping rod and the second clamping rod; and after rotary clamping, the first fixing hole, the second fixing hole and the third fixing hole in the concrete sleeve coincide, and the concrete fixing rod is plugged into the concrete sleeve, so that the bottom pile and the pipe pile are effectively connected, fixed and installed, and the installation efficiency is improved.
