The invention relates to the technical field of wind power project construction, and particularly discloses a concrete heat preservation construction method for winter construction, which comprises the following five steps: 1, heating and heat preservation are carried out before concrete enters a mold, and the mold entering temperature and the curing temperature of the concrete are ensured; 2, before concrete is stirred, a roller of the stirring machine needs to be cleaned with water, and continuous operation is conducted till internal impurities are cleaned up; 3, after concrete stirring is completed, the discharging temperature of the concrete is detected, and when the discharging temperature of the concrete is lower than 10 DEG C, the concrete needs to be heated by adopting a water heating method; 4, after concrete discharging is completed, the temperature of the concrete is detected before the concrete enters a mold, and when the detected temperature of the concrete entering the mold is lower than 5 DEG C, the concrete needs to be heated; and fifthly, after pouring is completed, a thin film needs to be used for moisturizing and covering the top face, the foundation pit opening is covered with tarpaulin, and the problem that when concrete construction is conducted on a wind power project in a traditional extremely cold area, concrete is prone to freezing is solved.
