Raft reinforcing steel bar support construction method
The raft reinforcing steel bar support construction method comprises the steps that the dead weight and the total load of raft reinforcing steel bars are calculated to determine size parameters of support stand columns and cross beams and the distance between the support stand columns, and the support stand columns and the cross beams are of a channel steel type; based on the size parameters of the support stand columns and the cross beams and the distance between the support stand columns, a raft steel bar support plane arrangement diagram is generated, based on the raft steel bar support plane arrangement diagram, position lines of the support stand columns and cross beam arrangement lines are popped out on the waterproof protection layer to form a support plane arrangement net, and positioning paying-off is conducted based on the support plane arrangement net; concrete cushion blocks are arranged on the support stand columns on the waterproof protection layer and additionally arranged between the adjacent support stand columns, raft lower iron is fixed based on the concrete cushion blocks, the support stand columns are perpendicularly fixed to the raft lower iron, one ends of inclined struts are fixedly connected with the support stand columns, and the other ends of the inclined struts are connected with the raft lower iron. Webs of the cross beams are fixed on the bracket upright posts through bolts; and flange plates of the cross beams are used for supporting raft plate upper iron. The method improves the stability of the raft support.
公开了筏板钢筋支架施工方法,方法中,计算筏板钢筋自重及总荷载以确定支架立柱及横梁的尺寸参数以及支架立柱的间距,支架立柱及横梁为槽钢型;基于支架立柱及横梁的尺寸参数以及支架立柱的间距生成筏板钢筋支架平面布置图,基于筏板钢筋支架平面布置图在防水保护层上弹出支架立柱的位置线及横梁布置线形成支架平面布置网且基于支架平面布置网定位放线;在防水保护层上的支架立柱位置上布置混凝土垫块以及相邻的支架立柱之间增设混凝土垫块,基于混凝土垫块固定筏板下铁,支架立柱垂直地固定于筏板下铁,斜撑一端固定连接支架立柱,另一端连接筏板下铁,横梁的腹板经由螺栓固定于支架立柱,横梁的翼缘板支承筏板上铁。本方法提高筏板支架稳定性。
