The invention discloses a rainwater treatment device for a sponge city. Comprising a main box body, a cover body and a water storage tank fixedly installed in the main box body, the upper end and the lower end of the cover body are covered with a cavity opening of the main box body and a cavity opening of the water storage tank respectively, at least two butt joint bases of hollow structures are arranged at the bottom end of the cover body, and a turbine stirring head is connected to a rotating shaft of a motor; a first filter sleeve and at least one second filter sleeve sleeved outside the first filter sleeve are detachably arranged on the butt joint seat. According to the invention, multi-layer rainwater filtration is formed by virtue of the first filter sleeve and the plurality of second filter sleeves, and through the S-shaped filtration trend, the rainwater filtration strength can be effectively improved in a limited filtration space, and effective filtration of rainwater can be ensured; the motor is additionally arranged to drive the turbine stirring head to rotate, so that the turbine stirring head generates corresponding vortex pushing in the first filtering sleeve, and therefore the situation that rainwater runoff in the filtering cavity is too slow, and the rainwater collecting time is missed in the rainfall process is avoided.
