The invention discloses a strong cross film self-adhesive waterproof coiled material which comprises a base layer, an asphalt layer and a self-adhesive layer, the asphalt layer is arranged on the top of the base layer, and the self-adhesive layer is arranged on the top of the asphalt layer. The base layer comprises a first film layer, a second film layer and a glue layer, the first film layer and the second film layer are designed in a crossed mode, the glue layer is filled in the crossed gap and the outer surface of the first film layer and the second film layer, and the powerful crossed film is a high-strength HDPE film formed by adopting a crossed laminating and overlapping technology. The longitudinal and transverse elongation rates of the film manufactured by the process are the same, the coiled material does not deform, and the film is more attractive and more reliable in waterproof effect.
