The invention discloses a novel detachable embedded bolt type cantilever frame construction method. Comprising the steps of preparation of materials, construction of a cantilever frame, installation of embedded parts, installation of cantilever girders, arrangement of pull rods, erection of vertical rods, installation of longitudinal and transverse horizontal rods, arrangement of diagonal bridging, laying of scaffold boards and scaffold pieces, installation of protective railings, arrangement of wall connecting pieces, sealing in the frame body and the like. The cantilever frame does not need to be installed in a wall penetrating mode, concrete walls, beams, plates and other structures cannot be damaged, the water seepage and leakage phenomena of an outer wall are effectively eradicated, and the construction quality of a main body structure can be effectively guaranteed. The cantilever section steel beam and the building main body structure are fixed through detachable pre-embedded high-strength bolts, and after the section steel beam is detached, the pre-embedded bolts can be recycled and reused. Compared with a cantilever type steel beam in a traditional method, section steel and U-shaped embedded parts are saved, and meanwhile cost and working hours required by links such as cutting and building repairing after the traditional section steel and the traditional embedded parts are dismantled are saved.
本发明公开了一种新型可拆预埋螺栓式悬挑架施工方法,包括材料的准备、悬挑架的施工、预埋件的安装、悬挑主梁的安装、拉杆的设置、立杆的搭设、纵横向水平杆的安装、剪刀撑的设置、脚手板与脚手片的铺设、防护栏杆的安装、连墙件的设置、架体内封闭等步骤。本发明中悬挑架不需穿墙安装,不会损坏混凝土墙、梁、板等结构,有效杜绝了外墙渗水漏水现象,能有效保证主体结构的施工质量。本发明中悬挑型钢梁与建筑物主体结构的固定是采用可拆式预埋高强螺栓,型钢梁拆除后,预埋螺栓还可回收重复使用。与传统做法的悬挑型钢梁对比,既节省型钢及U型预埋件,同时又节省了拆除传统型钢和预埋件后所需的切割、补砌筑等环节的费用和工时。
