The invention provides a high-frequency wide-temperature ultralow-loss ferrite material which comprises a main formula and a dopant formula, the main formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-72 mol% of Fe2O3, 20-22 mol% of MnO and 6-10 mol% of ZnO, and the total ratio of the main formula is 100 mol%; relative to the total amount of the main formula, the dopant formula comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 to 1000 PPM of CaCO3, 100 to 300 PPM of SnO2, 50 to 80 PPM of Co2O3, 50 to 100 PPM of Bi2O3, 50 to 100 PPM of nano SiO2, and 50 to 100 PPM of CCTO. The invention aims to provide the high-frequency wide-temperature ultralow-loss ferrite material with high Bs value and low high-frequency loss.
