The invention discloses a high-strength carbon-graphite composite material and a preparation method and application thereof.The high-strength carbon-graphite composite material can be used for manufacturing furnace structural parts and is prepared from, by mass, 25-35 parts of silicon composite powder, 15-25 parts of graphite powder, 40-50 parts of carbon fiber powder, 20-30 parts of phenolic resin and 1 part of silane coupling agent. The composite material disclosed by the invention is excellent in performance, obtains performance parameters similar to those of isostatic pressing graphite and a carbon/carbon composite material especially in the aspects of thermal, electrical and mechanical properties, and has good application prospects and application effects when being used for manufacturing structural parts for furnaces; the preparation method provided by the invention can realize uniform pore size distribution in the composite material, improves the impregnation efficiency and the impregnation effect, simplifies the production process, and reduces the production cost.
