The invention relates to a preparation method of a soft-light antiskid antifouling ceramic plate, and belongs to the field of architectural ceramics. The preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out rough polishing, medium polishing and fine polishing treatment on a ceramic plate conforming to a target size; carrying out laser etching on the ceramic plate subjected to fine polishing so as to form micron-sized grooves in the surface of the ceramic plate and increase the surface roughness of the polished ceramic plate; and carrying out antifouling treatment on the surface of the ceramic plate subjected to laser etching to obtain the soft-light antiskid antifouling ceramic plate.
