The invention discloses an overhead building structure with an adjustable base, comprising: a building support column, on which a radially protruding stress portion is arranged; the bottom of the building supporting column is connected to the base through a bolt and a nut, the axis of the bolt is parallel to or coincides with the axis of the building supporting column, and the base is of a box structure; the height of the building supporting column is adjusted by adjusting the number of the gaskets between the bottom of the building supporting column and the base; the anti-torsion structure is connected between the radial protruding stress part and the top plate and used for preventing deflection in the adjusting process; when height adjustment is needed, the building supporting column is supported through the radial protruding stress part, the bolts are unscrewed, the gaskets with the needed number are plugged between the building supporting column and the base, and height adjustment of the building supporting column is achieved. In this way, the height of the building supporting column is adjusted by adjusting the number of the gaskets between the bottom of the building supporting column and the base.
