The sound insulation type aluminum gusset plate comprises an aluminum gusset plate assembly, a hoisting frame and a fixing wall, the aluminum gusset plate assembly comprises an aluminum alloy plate and a sound insulation part, the opposite sides of the aluminum alloy plate are bent upwards by 90 degrees to form mounting sides, and the other opposite sides of the aluminum alloy plate are bent upwards by 90 degrees to form side surrounding sides matched with the mounting sides to fix the sound insulation part. The upper end of the installation edge is further provided with a hasp face bent inwards, through holes are formed in the hasp face at equal intervals, the central axis of each through hole is parallel to the installation edge, and the hasp face bent on the installation edge is matched with the through holes formed in the hasp face at equal intervals.
