A historical building red brick outer wall reinforcing construction method comprises the steps that drilling is conducted on an original red brick outer wall according to quincunx layout, steel tie bars are arranged in holes, and the axis lines of the steel tie bars are fixed to the center lines of the holes; arranging reinforcing meshes on the two sides of the red brick outer wall, and tensioning and fixing the reinforcing meshes through the two ends of the steel tie bars; after reinforcement is completed, formwork erecting and concrete grouting material pouring are conducted on the outer side of the reinforcing mesh; and meanwhile, the wall holes are filled with the concrete grouting materials, and the concrete reinforced column capable of tying the two plywood walls is formed. According to the method, the outer wall reinforcing thickness can be reduced, the problems of uneven vibration, vibration leakage and the like of a traditional concrete reinforcing outer wall can be completely avoided, an original wall and a reinforcing plate wall can be better tied, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the reinforcing durability of the red brick outer wall is improved.
一种历史建筑红砖外墙加固施工方法,在原有红砖外墙上按照梅花形布局进行钻孔,孔内配置拉结钢筋,使拉结钢筋的轴心线固定于孔的中心线处;在红砖外墙双面配置钢筋网片,钢筋网片通过拉结钢筋的两端拉紧固定;配筋完成后,在钢筋网片外侧进行支模和混凝土灌浆料浇筑;浇筑后形成夹板墙,同时混凝土灌浆料将墙孔灌满,形成能够拉结两面夹板墙的混凝土配筋柱。本发明不但能够减小外墙加固的厚度,能完全避免传统混凝土加固外墙的振捣不均、漏振等问题,更能够使原墙和加固板墙更好的拉结,保证施工质量,提高红砖外墙加固的耐久性。
