A lifting frame is slidably connected to the right side of the fixing frame, a connecting plate is fixedly connected into the lifting frame, a sliding round roller is fixedly connected to the left end of the connecting plate, and a parking frame is fixedly connected to the right side of the lifting frame. According to the intelligent parking elevator, a vehicle enters the parking frame, the driving device drives the lifting frame to ascend through the lifting rope so as to lift the vehicle, and after the vehicle is lifted, a limiting column in the limiting structure enters a limiting hole in the fixing frame, so that the lifting frame and the fixing frame are fixed on the horizontal plane; after parking is completed, a gap is reserved below the parking frame and does not occupy land space, and the ground use space is effectively saved.
