The invention relates to a sintered brick taking gasified slag and construction waste soil as raw materials, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 to 80 parts of gasified slag coarse slag, 5 to 10 parts of gasified slag fine slag, 50 to 60 parts of construction waste soil, 10 to 15 parts of binder, 5 to 9 parts of plasticizer and 8 to 20 parts of reinforcing agent. The binder is one or more of clay, sodium bentonite, raw kaolin and sodium lignin sulfonate. According to the sintered brick taking the gasified slag and the construction waste soil as the raw materials and the preparation method thereof, the coal chemical industry gasified slag sintered brick is prepared by taking the gasified slag coarse slag, the gasified slag fine slag and the construction waste soil as the main raw materials, existing solid waste resources are fully utilized, more energy is saved, consumption is reduced, and the cost is saved; and the coal chemical gasification slag sintered brick supported by taking the gasification slag and the construction waste soil as main raw materials is moderate and appropriate in void ratio, and can be widely applied as a superior product.
