The driving device comprises a telescopic oil cylinder used for driving the telescopic guide rail to do front-back telescopic motion; the supine oil cylinder is used for driving the lifting guide rail to do supine motion; the lifting oil cylinder is fixedly arranged in the lifting guide rail and used for driving the hydraulic hammer assembly to move on the lifting guide rail; the supporting oil cylinder is arranged on the lifting guide rail in parallel relative to the lifting oil cylinder and used for driving the supporting component to move, and when the guardrail pile working accessory conducts pile pulling operation, the supporting component abuts against the flat bearing face. Therefore, the length of the lifting guide rail of the guardrail pile working accessory is reduced.
