The anti-blocking type earthwork backfilling and compacting device comprises a pushing device, a positioning rod, a first belt pulley set, a bearing rod and a material guiding plate, universal wheels are installed at the lower end of the pushing device, a connecting plate is installed on the pushing device, a pushing handle is installed on the connecting plate, and meanwhile a device shell is installed at the upper end of the pushing device; the positioning rod and the device shell are attached to each other, the positioning rod and the fixing spring are connected with each other, and the fixing spring and the device shell are connected with each other. According to the anti-blocking type earthwork backfilling and compacting device for water conservancy construction, the position of a filter screen box is changed up and down through rotation of a rotating wheel, so that large stones in earthwork are screened, the earthwork can be effectively shaken in the mode that the filter screen box moves up and down, and the anti-blocking type earthwork backfilling and compacting device for water conservancy construction is convenient to use.
