The invention discloses an anti-landslide structure of strip mine refuse dump and a construction method thereof, the anti-landslide structure comprises a plurality of layers of refuse dump distributed in a step shape, the top surface of each layer of refuse dump is V-shaped, and a plurality of drainage well pipes are vertically and uniformly distributed on each layer of refuse dump along the length direction; the method has the beneficial effects that the drainage well pipe is designed at the initial stage of the design of the waste dump, the height of the drainage well pipe is flexibly increased along with the proceeding of the dumping of the waste dump, the grouting pipe is designed in the drainage well pipe, and the high-pressure concrete is injected into the grouting pipe, so that the shear resistance in the waste dump is greatly improved; the phenomena of slippage and dislocation in the waste dump are prevented, and the occurrence of landslide accidents is fundamentally eradicated.
