The wind power water pumping device is used for pumping seawater through wind power; the water storage and supply device is communicated with the wind power water pumping device and is used for storing and supplying seawater; the water spraying device is communicated with the water storage and supply device and is used for spraying seawater to suppress wind and sand; the control system controls the water spraying device to work through the sand impact sensor.
