Partitioned flood storage system with city flood and flood coexistence
The invention discloses a city and flood coexistence subarea flood storage system which comprises a city flood storage area, a natural water system and a plurality of communicated river channels. The urban flood storage area is divided into a plurality of flood storage subareas by watersheds, each flood storage subarea is divided into a non-submerged area and a submerged fortification area from the periphery to the center, and the terrains of the watersheds, the non-submerged areas and the submerged fortification areas are arranged from high to low. The natural water system is located on the outer side of the urban flood storage area, and the natural water system is a river channel communicated with an urban flood drainage system. And each communicating river channel is perpendicular to the natural water system and penetrates through the adjacent flood storage subarea, and the communicating river channels are connected with the natural water system and the submerged fortification area penetrating through the flood storage subarea. By arranging the flood storage subareas, extra-heavy rainfall is guided to be dispersed and gathered in the flood storage subareas, the whole flood is broken up into parts, coexistence of local or all areas of a city and the flood is achieved, and personnel safety and property losses caused by flood disasters are reduced.
