In addition, the invention further provides a highway surface accumulated water treatment method which comprises the steps that the open drain and the water collecting well are arranged on one side of the highway slope angle, the drainage pipe is arranged below the highway structure layer in a penetrating mode and used for communicating the water collecting well with the outer side of the highway, and the notch groove is formed in the highway surface close to the highway slope angle.
