The invention provides an anti-freezing ALC (autoclaved aerated concrete) block for building construction, which comprises a fixed trough plate block positioned in a concrete block body, and a fiber mesh plate arranged at the lower end of the fixed trough plate block; the transverse reinforcing steel bars are located in the concrete block body, and heat preservation plate layers are fixed to the outer sides of the transverse reinforcing steel bars; the first reinforcing plates are located on the left side and the right side of the concrete block body, and heat preservation plate layers are attached to the side faces of the first reinforcing plates; the water absorption plate is located in the fixed groove plate block, and the water absorption plate is fixed in the outer building layer through the fixed groove plate block. The invention solves the problems that the supporting strength of the concrete block is reduced and the ALC autoclaved aerated concrete block does not have frost resistance because the surface of the existing ALC autoclaved aerated concrete block is easy to peel when the existing ALC autoclaved aerated concrete block is used in cold weather.
