Wireless connection method for dumper excavator
The invention discloses a dumper and excavator wireless connection method which comprises a dumper end and an excavator end and further comprises the following steps that wireless connection software is used in cooperation at the same time, and the dumper end and the excavator end are in automatic handshake connection through RFID every time the dumper arrives at the front of the excavator; after the wireless transmission box confirms that the dumper and the excavator shake hands, video and data transmission is carried out; after the dumper is full of goods, the dumper leaves, 30-60 seconds of video delay is set after the RFID induction is disconnected, and a new video is connected if a new tag is inducted during the period; according to the wireless connection method, one-to-one matching of multiple excavators and dumpers is achieved conveniently and rapidly, so that the operation efficiency is improved, an excavator worker can pay attention to the safety of surrounding vehicles and personnel in a cab, and meanwhile, the excavators can conveniently confirm whether the dumpers conduct full-load excavation or not; and the working efficiency in the excavating and self-discharging process is improved on the whole.
本发明公开了自卸车挖掘机无线连接方法,包括自卸车端与挖掘机端,还包括如下步骤:同时配合无线连接软件进行使用,自卸车每次到挖掘机跟前的时候两者通过RFID自动握手连接;无线传输盒确认自卸车和挖掘机握手后,进行视频和数据传输;装满货后,自卸车离开,RFID感应断开后设置30‑60秒视频延迟,期间如感应到新的标签则连接新的视频;本发明的无线连接方法实现了多台挖掘机和自卸车方便快速的进行一对一匹配从而提高作业效率,挖掘机师傅在驾驶室内部可注意周围车辆人员安全,同时挖掘机可方便的确认自卸车是否满载挖,从整体上提高了挖掘自卸过程中的工作效率。
